**1. Scope of Service**
1.1 Zippy Express provides an on-demand delivery platform where you or your authorized users can request deliveries from a designated location to a specified recipient's address through our delivery service. 1.2 You may access and request our services via our website, mobile application, telegram bot, and chat. 1.3 You shall pay Zippy Express a delivery fee, which is set by our company policy based on the destination of the recipient. It is your responsibility to review the service fee before confirming your delivery. 1.4 You may cancel a delivery before it is picked up or accepted by Zippy Express driver. 1.5 In the case the recipient is unreachable or unavailable for more than two days, we may return your package free of charge. Otherwise, if the recipient or sender wishes to return the package after it is delivered, we may charge a delivery fee for the package.

**2. Payment & Invoicing**
2.1 Payment for each order is made by your customer through cash on delivery or your preferred payment gateway. 2.2 Upon delivery, Zippy Express collects cash payments on your behalf for orders with cash on delivery. 2.3 You authorize Zippy Express to collect cash payments from your customers on your behalf. 2.4 Your customers may make payments directly to you through your online payment gateways. 2.5 Zippy Express may return collected cash back to you in one business day.

**3. Term & Termination**
3.1 These Terms are valid from the date of acceptance and continue until terminated as specified.

**4. Representations & Warranties**
4.1 Zippy Express provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 4.2 You represent and warrant your compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as the accuracy of customer data. 4.3 You shall not request the delivery of certain prohibited items as outlined in our policy. 4.4 You are solely liable for any loss or damage due to your errors or omissions. 4.5 Zippy Express may refuse or cancel delivery requests not meeting specified criteria.

**5. Limitation of Liability**
5.1 Zippy Express excludes liability for any loss or damage incurred in connection with our service.

Refund Policy for Damaged or Lost Packages

Scope: This policy outlines the conditions under which Zippy Express may provide a 100% refund for packages valued under $100 that are damaged or lost during the delivery process.

**1. Conditions for Refund**
1.1. Eligibility: This refund policy applies to packages with a total value of under $100.
1.2. Damage or Loss during Delivery: Zippy Express will consider refunds in cases where packages are damaged or lost during the delivery process, provided that the following conditions are met: The damage or loss occurred while the package was under the care of our delivery personnel, from the point of pickup until delivery to the recipient.
1.3. Accountability: Zippy Express is only accountable for damage or loss that occurs while the package is in the possession of our delivery personnel.
1.4. Notification: To request a refund, customers must report the damage or loss of their package to Zippy Express immediately upon receipt. A thorough description of the damage or loss, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos), should be provided.
1.5. Post-Delivery Damage or Loss: Zippy Express is not accountable for damage or loss that occurs after the delivery personnel has left the delivery destination.
1.6. Investigation: Upon receiving a refund request, Zippy Express will initiate an investigation to determine the circumstances of the damage or loss. Further discussions may be needed for negotiation.

**2. Refund Process**
If the investigation concludes that the damage or loss occurred during the delivery process and meets the conditions outlined in this policy, Zippy Express will provide a 100% refund for the package's total value. The refund will be processed in the same payment method used for the delivery, or alternative arrangements can be discussed.

**3. Exceptions**
Packages with a total value of $100 or more are not covered by this policy. Damage or loss due to the sender's or recipient's negligence or mishandling is not eligible for a refund. Zippy Express reserves the right to amend this policy as needed and will communicate any changes to customers.

**4. Effective Date: End of 2024**

Zippy Express is committed to providing a reliable and secure delivery service. This policy ensures that customers are fairly compensated in cases of package damage or loss during the delivery process, and we remain dedicated to resolving such matters promptly.
